How I lost 60lbs

My Story
In early 2009 I was involved in my first car accident. I blamed my overall lack of energy and alertness on me being overweight. Thankfully no one was hurt, but it was a wake up call for me to start taking better care of myself.
What Worked for me
Here's the simple easy program that I used to go from 210 to 150 lbs in just 4 months. No extravagent workout plan. No miracle pill. Just two basic supplements and short exercise. These supplements helped curve my appetite and gave me energy and motivation for exercise.
1. Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein (replace any meal with 2 scoops)
2. Do some kind of exercise for 20 minutes a day (walking, jump rope, situps, whatever...)
3. USPLabs Jack3d Energy Supplement(2 scoops before exercise)
Thats it!! I just made simple changes were easy to stick with and had BIG results over time.
Why most people can't lose weight
Most people don't succeed in weight loss is becuase they try to do too much too fast. Most people cannot stick with the drastic change for more than a couple weeks. The secret is to make small changes that are easy to live with.
